aside from the triple rate springs waht else is done?
Are they built with new seals and ends? re-valved? How is the lock-out collar fixed to the shock body? Are the bodies threaded down that far?
$500 per axle? Does that mean front and rear or do they count the front as two axles?

$500 Retail for both front shocks. prices on the rear are different depending if you go ZPS or not.
stock valving is completly replaced with high flow valving from TCS. it is far more adjustable as well.
internals are re-worked for more shaft travel. 12" of wheel travel will be had on the LT-R after these mods.
that is the stock shock, it is threaded that far. the upper colars thread on to the body. bottom one is fixed to the body.
these had the crossover spacers anodized as well.
all new seals are installed.
ends are not replaced unless they need to be replaced, just like anything else on the shock.
i do NOT charge retail pricing!

What is ZPS?
ZPS = Zero Pre Load, Race Series, Sag Control, No Sag. Just depends who your talking to!
What it really is, is a way of lowering the ride height of your quad when you want it close to the ground.
Applications?
MX, TT or anything else where you need a lowered center of gravity.
I have my Z set up with ZPS shocks, but i run 22" tires when i go off-road. I use 20" tires when im in the sand and 18" tires if i go to the track. It is a little low on the trails and such, but i like the ride (plusher) enuf to put up with the lack of ground clearance! It just depends on what YOU want out of your quad, and different quads have different needs. It's a MUST on a 660 Raptor, but not needed so much on the new 700. Every situation is different!
